Cuvée New Make “Terrocita” is an unaged white malt spirit made with peated barley malts, not aged in barrels.
Drink as a digestif or with a smoked fish dinner.
Nose : smoky.
Taste : smoky with truffle notes.
Finish : very long on the palate, with a lingering smoky taste.
Distillation takes place in a red copper column still. The musts produced at the distillery are steam distilled. The distillation column gives the alcohol a very smooth finish.
