Cuvée New Make “Classic” is an unaged white malt brandy, made from traditional barley malts and not aged in casks.
To be drunk as a digestive.
Nose : banana, fruity.
Taste : pear.
Finish : very long, rum-like.
Distillation takes place in a red copper column still. The musts produced at the distillery are steam distilled. The distillation column gives the alcohol a very smooth finish.
