OUR FARM
CASTAN FAMILY FARM
The Castan family farm has been certified organic since 2016. The land are located in Villeneuve sur Vère, within a 5 km radius of the Castan distillery. No chemical inputs, pesticides or weedkillers are used on our plots. Brewing barley represents a large part of the farm’s production. This cereal is used to make WHISKY VILANOVA.

- Loading of malting barley into 30-ton trucks bound for the malting plants
